Atlas Antibodies is now looking for a student passionate about being part of creating value for our customers and our business within IT in a Technician role.
As IT Technician, you report to the IT Manager and will play an important role in contributing to improvement and technical support in our IT processes and onsite with our colleagues.
We offer you the first student position in IT in our company. You will be part of and contributing to a creative and empowering environment. You will be actively encouraged to make improvements and a great contributor to IT perspective as a trusted IT representative. Your primary working partner and colleague will be IT Manager and your day-to-day customer are all end users. The IT team is divided int to three teams and all are experienced within their field of expertise. Our team members are all curious to learn and eager to share knowledge and experiences.
This is an opportunity for you in both everyday tasks to contribute to strategical work for the development of IT processes and contribute to continuously improve IT, making sure targets and company goals is reached.
Your standard working day will look like: starting with a Review and planning– what needs to be done, now, during the day or next day/week and depending on the business needs – looking at improvements and implementing them.
The role as IT technician will be focusing on support, refining process, routines, and documentation. You will get a natural healthy training and socializing by walk around talking to people since your place of working is on 3 floors. Sometimes support via Teams. In your role as an IT technician, you will be doing a lot of pedagogical listening, a human professional questionary, and a problem solver when our customers are in dire need of help!
You will learn and be challenged since there will not always be an obvious solution and the same solution for the same problem. A learning discovery where your creative personality will come at use.
In addition to this, there is a lot of independent work, which means that you are primarily in contact with your customers, ie your colleagues on site or via Teams.
Your area of responsibilities will be:
- Support workplace users with device and office application usage
- Responding to incidents, making related configuration changes.
- Managing device asset lists.
This is an 8h/week position starting in 2023 in January to 30th of June based at our office in Bromma.

Previous experience from IT support tasks with Windows 10, MacOS, Android and iPhone, and with the Microsoft Office 365 suite
Since we have a about 20 different nationalities in our company and an international company you have to be comfortable with both written and verbal language is English. It is meritorious knowing Swedish since we do sometimes say Hej over a fika!
